People change from time to time.

Change to the better.

Or maybe worse.

Well I'll be positive about this at the moment.

If there's no love, people won't want to join, no matter how good it is.

If there's no acceptance, people won't want to join, no matter how good it is because they know they won't be able to join in anyway.

If there's no improvement and everything stays the same, then well yeah things will still be the same hahaha.

Humility is vital.
